Currently, if you want to keep track of who a group leader is for a given tag, the work around is to include the actual leader's name in the tag name itself (e.g. The one thing I wish you could do for each class or tag group you create would be some way to mark in the tag listing who the leader(s) are for the group (perhaps like a "sub-tag"). If you have a Sunday School class and you want to keep track of who all is in it, you create a specific tag for the class and then tag all of the profiles of the people who are in that class). CONSīreeze uses a tag system to help you organize groups in the system (e.g.
BREEZE CHURCH MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
We used to use another popular church management software that literally cost 8 times as much and was incredibly difficult to use you had to take classes with the company to learn it. What I like most about Breeze is how easy it is to sort data and then run very specific, targeted reports. We have used it for several years and I am still happy with it and sing its praises! PROS Breeze is one low price, comes with friendly customer service, and works really well. Prior to Breeze we were paying literally 8 times more for a church management system that was INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT to use and charged different rates for different levels of functionality. I have loved using Breeze! It is very intuitive to use, easy to customize, and an incredibly good value for the cost. They just paid it and snatched the money out of our weekly holdings. It was not the software, it was the fact that there was no protection for us as a customer if or when a donor decide to request a refund. When we contacted Breeze for explanation there response was" its too late!" The church had to take a $1000 lost. The donor then disputed through bank for more money and BREEZE refunded the donor without proper notification and allowing our church to provide documentation showing we had already handle assisted the donor. Church responded by giving the member/donor a check for $500 benevolent to assist with emergency.

She then used an emergency situation to retrieve money and was advised to bring in emergency documentation. The donor insisted and kept trying to retrieve all voluntary giving's to church. A disclaimer is automated saying "All church giving's are FINAL" and sent via email once donor complete transaction. Once the donor became upset with family member, she decided to leave the church and lie and say it was a mistake and probe for a refund. The DONOR originally set up an reoccurring payment to donate to the building fund and reached out to the Pastor to confirm that church was receiving the offerings to building fund.

Breeze refunded the donor without proper notification and allowing our church to provide documentation showing we had already handle assisted the donor with a benevolent fund of $500. We had a church member who became upset with her relative whom is associated with the church and decided to go back and dispute all of her giving's to the church. The customer care we received was just unbelievable.
